Mike Constantino is the Founder and CEO of Homonym, the premier music marketing and audio innovations agency in the Philippines. In 2019, together with the National Commission for Culture & The Arts, Mike founded Sonik Philippines, the country’s official Music Conference x Festival and now, an annual industry highlight. A 25-year veteran with international exposure, he has extensive experience in multiple disciplines and has been a key figure in the local and regional music industry for decades. More recently, he headed Brand New Media, a global content marketing agency, was the Country Sales Director of Yahoo Philippines and was the Marketing Head for Asia Pacific for The Filipino Channel. He started his career as an accounts person in Ace/Saatchi, followed by an extended and multi-discipline stint in ABS-CBN, Studio 23 and was part of the team that launched MYX, the number 1 music channel in the Philippines. After his time at ABS-CBN, he dove in as one of the early adopters of Online and Digital in the Philippines as Business Unit Director at Level-Up Games in 2006. An in-demand international speaker, subject matter expert and consultant, Mike was a Director of the Internet & Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP) from 2013 to 2019 wherein he was part of leadership teams that transformed its landmark initiatives like The Boomerang Awards and DigiCon. On the music front, Mike has been a professional DJ since the early 2000s. He is a 2-time Awit Award-winning singer and songwriter for his work with his independent Soul band, Conscious & The Goodness.
